I don't have kids, but it seems to me that kids today are way too coddled and protected. They need to learn and understand what's going on in the world around them, and how to deal with things that will come up along the way as they grow up. Teaching them when they're young that drugs aren't cool is going to benefit them a lot more than sugar-coating the problem till they're older.
