I could just as easily written the exact same thing. I always laugh at the gourmet or homemade marshmallows because they look just totally UN-roastable! Actually, I'm not a huge fan either -- but put a roasted marshmallow between two graham crackers with a chunk of chocolate, and now we're talkin'!!! I have the weirdest roasted marshmallow eating technique -- I roast the marshmallow till it's golden (that's assuming I manage to keep it out of the fire!!), then I pull off the roasted part and eat it, then roast the marshmallow again, pull off the roasted part, eat it.... My memory today is of swimming at the cottage yesterday!!
