Thank you for visiting! I think the pattern I used is this one http://www.sugarncream.com/pattern.php?PID=139 It’s just called Sugar’n Cream – Dishcloth and Pot Holder. If the link doesn’t work (I had to be logged in to get to it) do a search for “crochet dishcloth” in the Sugar’n Cream site under “Our Patterns”, then in “Search Free Patterns”. It came on on the first page of results and it’s shown in blue.

An aunt of mine has quilted for a long time. That looks so hard to do. I’m not the best with sewing and don’t enjoy it. I always end up sticking myself with the needle and pins! Can’t wait to see what you make!

I think it would come back to you. I learned from my mom when I was a kid and then didn’t crochet again until about 5 years ago. I bought a simple learn to crochet book to remind me of how to do it and it all came back to me!

Thank you! These are made with 100% cotton yarn, so they can get wet and really be used as dishcloths. So far I haven’t used mine that way, because I think they’re too pretty! I’m kind of defeating the purpose! There is a pattern for pot holders on one of the yarn labels. I might try that, too!

I haven’t used mine yet either! They are just too pretty! I really enjoy crochet. It is faster and easier than knitting for me.
