My First Giveaway!

Do you knit, or know somebody that is a knitter?  Yes?!  Then this giveaway is for you!  This book has some amazing patterns in it!

Here are the rules:

  • To enter this contest, leave a comment on this post!
  • Only those with a mailing address within the U.S. may enter.
  • One entry per person, please.
  • No entries after 7:00 a.m. Pacific Time Saturday.
  • Winner will be announced Saturday (1/31/09) evening.

    Wow! That looks so neat!! If I was an experienced knitter (and lived in the US) I would be all over that!!
    What fun!
    I have enough struggles just trying to knit a scarf and then when I do get a few lines in the kids shriek and run over begging to be the ones to pull the string off the needles and watch it unwind.
    I do a lot of practicing!

    I am not a very good knitter, but I would love to enter. I mostly knit very simple things, but maybe there would be something I could make if I get better?

    That book looks adorable! It reminds me of a Jean Howe type design book and I love those. They have whole scenes you can knit/crochet or use individually! This looks to have Knights, Castles, Horses and hopefully princesses! What a great drawing, thank you for offering it!

    I haven’t knitted in years, but this will sure be a good way to get back into it. Think that my grands would love to have a castle made by Grandma. My crochet hooks can use a rest.

    I’m such a beginning knitter. A friend of mine has agreed to go to a knitting circle thing with me over the summer so hopefully I’ll actually have something nice to show for my labors instead of some funky twisted around yarn that I keep pulling out. :)

    The book is a great idea. Love the castle theme. I just did an afghan with a castle and drawbridge for a little girl for Christmas. Her expression was priceless. Keep the needles clicking.
